Keith Mullins and Basinview Choir – Quarantine Song & Video:

“Stronger Together”

Baddeck, NS – As we all struggle to adapt and change to these difficult times, multiple award-winning songwriter, Keith Mullins has penned a new tune called

“Stronger Together”, which immediately became part of a national ad campaign for The

Desjardins Group. Teaming up with talented east coast musicians; Jason Mingo,

Meaghan Smith, Chris Kirby, Kev Corbett, Colin Grant, they created a full band version. Then adding Carol Coutts and The Basinview Choir, it made for a powerful and moving video created by videographer Matthew Ingraham. We give you “Stronger Together”. Over 40 student and musician video submissions from their homes creating the largest east coast socially distant band ever. These difficult times will hold us back, but never stop us from doing what we are all so passionate about!

Keith Mullins and Basinview Community School have a history of creating fundraising recordings, videos and shows:

-2013 Raised $12,000 towards an accessible school playground

-2015 Raised $10,000 for IWK Mental Health

-2017 Raised $7000 for Kids Help Phone

-Several live performances with Sobeys National Gala 2017-18, CBC Weekend

Morning ECMA show in Halifax 2018, Halifax Winterfest 2020 show.

 

-Basinview Lunchtime Sessions – A video project created in 2018 featuring artists like Lennie Gallant, Matt Andersen, Mo Kenney, Jeremy Fisher, T. Thomason and more!
